The hotel was very organized, clean and safe. The Staff members were very polite, helpful in nature and were warm towards me. I had a memorable first time experience in China, thanks to them. The breakfast buffet was do delicious and grand. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone because of their professionalism.

This was a fantastic hotel!! I can't fault anything at all. The staff on reception were incredibly helpful and very kind. They gave free sweets and popcorn to My children and gave us 4 vouchers for free drinks during our stay. The room was very clean and modern, the beds were very comfortable and the bathroom offered a fantastic shower and a bath. The hotel also has a very well equipt laundry room with washers and dryers and free laundry detergent! There was also a small gym. The bistro and bar where great offering lovely, reasonable food. We also sampled the cocktails which were AMAZING! The hotel is in a great location to reach all the tourist spots in xi’an with a little supermarket next door and plenty of places to eat nearby. On check out the reception staff gave my daughter a gift of cute panda hair clips and us a little picture. Overall we had a brilliant stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

*Staff is very welcoming. Especially Moon Yang at the reception, very professional and helpful on our arrival, she assisted us kindly when we needed to find a drugstore and proposed to help on every situation. We also highly appreciated Elisa Ma, at Ambrosia, her kindness  during our breakfast time. *The water refill at Canopy is INCREDIBLE! Unlike the other hotels of this level, especially those in the U.S, we had almost 12 bottled water everyday, without even asking.  * Cleanliness: perfect * Comfy: perfect * Really Valued for money. We highly recommend *Location: perfect. The hotel is situated amid the real atmosphere of the Tang Dynasty Great Mall, not far from some historical landmarks, malls. We had a very memorable stay at Canopy. *Breakafast: the perfect mixture of the Chinese and the European cuisine.

    You’re 10 minutes walk from one of the main walking street and 3 minutes from one dynasty show (tang paradise) that I really enjoyed. The espresso in the lobby was really good! Berry from the red level lounge, who is the most skilled English speaker I met in China so far, went the extra mile and helped a lot even behind her duties.
