This hotel is very nice. You enter the hotel on the right side of the building. The reception is at the fourth floor. Very central and the service is top notch. The metro is right outside and you can go directly to 点都德 through the underground passage. And I ordered a lot of items online and got them delivered to this hotel days before check-in, and that was all okay. The address was confusing. In some apps, you have to enter this address for delivery: 榆漫居酒店(广州太古汇天河体育中心旗舰店)天河北路470号4楼. The location road is 林和街道! The breakfast was alright. Good value for money.

The helpfulness of all front desk staff around the clock. The respect for privacy. How they go the extra mile to use translation devices. The mattress was excellent but everything else about the bed and lightings was also great. They even provided umbrella in the room in addition to all the super high class hygiene materials and soaps.

All the staff were courteous and helpful. I would like to specifically thank Austin from the Reception. He went all out to assist us with our problems. He should be commended! The Concierge staff is efficient too. The breakfast spread is awesome. This hotel is highly recommended.
