Great hotel with great staff. Panda and her colleagues are more than great people. So smiley and helpful. They speak brilliant English and is so easy to talk to them. Location is great as well. Close to Forbidden city and 2 metro stations. Rooms are very clean. Free coffee, tea, water at the reception. The help us with bookings for Great Wall and Tiananmen Square. Highly recommend Happy Dragon Hotel in Beijing. Happy staff, happy guests 🤩😇🙏.

The hotel is simply amazing!!!Excellent location, very close to all the sights and the main pedestrian street. There is a metro station right across the street. Rich breakfast for all tastes. Comfortable clean room with view and wonderful amenities. The lobby smells fantastic and a robot is constantly cleaning. Find the concierge Willi, always a smile, very kind, particularly eager and helpful, he saved us with the VPN that he installed on our mobiles.

Modern luxury can be enjoyed at Park Plaza Wangfujing Beijing, within 13 minutes' drive of Tiananmen Square and the Forbidden City.

The hotel it's next to the subway station and very close to the most famous touristic points, is also close to go walking. The staff were kind and friendly, specially Mr Nick Li, that helped me carrying my luggage to the subway station, because it was heavy :) The room was very comfy and the breakfast has many kinds of food.

We loved our stay. The hotel is very well located, and at the same time in a quiet and peaceful area. The breakfast is very good. The cleanliness is the same. But what really enchanted us was the way the staff treated my family. Zoe, and especially Maya, are charming people who were very professional, efficient and friendly, willingly helping us with all our needs and questions, such as recommending tours, places to shop and restaurants. They speak fluent English, which helped even more. Finally, I would like to end the review by giving special praise to Maya. What a nice, good-natured and kind person! My 6-year-old daughter fell in love with her, as she was treated like a princess. Thank you very much for the happy moments we had in Beijing. We will never forget!
