The accommodation was very charming, reminiscent of a swiss chalet. Breakfast was delightful. Staff was extremely attentive and kind. We are thankful for the upgrade offered without request. We have stayed here a few times while travelling between uk and Türkiye. Ideal stop, very comfortable with beautiful views over mountains and the lake. Breakfast is excellent, love that our dogs are made very welcome and can sit with us at breakfast time. Staff are great. We absolutely love it here.
