Friendly staff. Holley at Reception was very welcoming. Although Check-in was at 3pm, as we had informed we would be arriving at ard 11am, Holley got a room ready for us to check-in early and enjoy the resort facilities. Welcome drink was tasty and my kid enjoyed the welcoming experience. Pool and salt water lagoon was the highlight of the stay. Excellent spread for buffet breakfast. Definitely recommend staying here again.

Loved the pool area. The room was very spacious and so we're the bathrooms with both a tub and shower. It's a 15 min walk to surfers paradise city and less for the beach. Staff are very helpful. Coffee and tea and water were replenished every day.

Oaks Gold Coast Hotel is located just 1312 feet from the beach, where you can take a stroll and is 2.2 mi from Pacific Fair Shopping Center, to enjoy some shopping.

The location is awesome - close to the Gold Coast busier areas down the beach and major restaurant areas. Received a room upgrade based on availability and the room was awesome. An amazing view of the ocean from a top floor. The bathroom was super well-equipped with a large bath. For the price, would totally stay again.
