Staff were so friendly and helpful (especially Stefan). Location was fab on the outskirts of city centre. We either walked in or hopped on Tram D. Breakfast was delicious with lots of friendly staff around. Lounge was great to chill in and offered complimentary tea and cake 3-6pm. Overall a lovely hotel that I hope to return to.

Beautiful everything, every corner, every detail, i felt like a princess in a fairytail! The staff was great, very nice and friendly people, from reception staff who spoke a lot of languages and made us feel extremly welcomed to the restaurant staff who took care everything to be perfect!! Breakfast was delicious and had everything and more than enough variety!! Room soooo clean, bed lenjerie a dream!! And very near to zentrum!! Thank you for making it memorable to me and my niece!! We loved it!! You deserve more than 5 stars!! It was absolutely perfect!!

Nice, peaceful and a very clean Hotel! We had an incredible stay. Very friendly and pleasant people in the staff, especially the Polish girl at front desk (don't remember her name, sorry) Value for money and wonderful useful location, not far from the center, walking distance to the nearest metro station, 2 stations up and you are there, in the heart of Vienna. Very comfortable and 30-35 minutes drive to the airport. Nicely located, everything in the vicinity or not far from the hotel. Thank you Guys!

The breakfast, buffet style was delicious. Cold meats and cheeses, breads, juices, coffees and yogurts were the perfect start to the day. Location was excellent, 1 minute from the U Bahn and a 15-minute walk from Stephansplatz. Very spacious rooms - I was there for a conference, so having the space to sit and work in between sessions was really great. A well-stocked mini bar in the room (there is no conventional bar to congregate) was reasonably priced and allowed an alternative to going out.
