Really friendly and welcoming staff, good food (I ate every night in the restaurant and the vegetarian options were excellent) and a fantastic breakfast with an excellent range of options. As always in Austria the room size is generous. A bus stop is just outside the hotel to take you down to Innsbruck (covered by the guest card) or further up the valley. A good range of lower level ski touring is nearby (especially up from Mühltal)
