Hotel is beautiful and nicely decorated. Rooms are nice and spacious. I booked the grand deluxe room. The restaurant is also very nice and serves nice food. Apparently it’s one of the new hang out spots. Staff was friendly and very helpful. I was greeted in my room with a bottle of wine, macaroons, and a nice note. As for the location, it was super. I walked everywhere which was very convenient. I would highly recommend the hotel and would definitely stay again there if and when I’m back in Vienna.

Excellent cooked breakfast with fresh ingredients . Crepes to die for! Fabulous location. Very close to the Cathedral and shopping areas. Staff very friendly and helpful and readily facilitated a request for a kettle. Would definitely stay here again on any return visit to Vienna
