My stay at the Nova Hotel, which I booked through Booking.com, was truly excellent. From the moment I arrived, it was evident that this hotel places a premium on cleanliness and guest comfort. The cleanliness of the Nova Hotel was impeccable. The rooms and common areas were spotless, and I felt immediately at ease in a fresh and hygienic environment. It's clear that the staff takes great care in maintaining the hotel's cleanliness standards. What truly made my stay outstanding was the staff. They were not only kind but also highly knowledgeable. Their warm and welcoming attitude made me feel like a valued guest from the moment I checked in. They were always ready to provide helpful information about the hotel's amenities and local attractions. The combination of a clean, well-maintained property and a staff that goes above and beyond to assist guests made my stay at the Nova Hotel a memorable one. Everything was just perfect. Amazing location, everything was walking distance from hotel. Very clean room and quiet place. Room was same as photos. They have very good breakfast and different options and the ladies servicing breakfast were so nice and helpful. Overall 10/10 and will definitely want to visit it again

This is the best hostel I've ever been to. I initially planned to stay just a few days max, but kept extending my stay because it was super comfortable! – It's very quiet, not very social, but you can still meet people and chill on the terrace. – They have very tasty breakfast, but they also allow you to keep your food in the fridge and eat in in the cafe. – It's super clean, the bed sheets, the rooms, the common shower area. – There's a balcony on the 4th floor with amazing view and a table where you can have a tea or work. – Always fast and stable wi-fi in ANY area of the hostel. Great for work calls. – Very friendly staff. – Your laundry is ready after a few hours and the prices are cheap! – A lot of space in the rooms to keep your belongings.

    While the place is nice i have the feeling it´s overrated.

    While the place is nice i have the feeling it´s overrated. There is a plethora of uniform men always ready to signify you that you cannot do this or that (walking on the grass, leaning on the escalator, or even attempting to TAKE THE LIFT WITH YOUR BABY STROLLER) the architecture is very nice and interesting, but if you go all the way up you will see it for what it is: a soviet era concrete and rusted structure covered with white stone,

    It's well worth the visit, there are escalators in both directions, we chose to use them on the way up, but we went down the stairs. The views are fantastic and there are lots of very interesting works of art to see.

    The Yerevan Cascade is great for families as there are escalators inside to ease the ascent. There are also high-quality museum exhibits and a gift shop inside. The view from the top is nice, but the other features make it worth visiting!
