Great hotel in Dubai - the Family room was fantastic - and being connected to Mall of Emirates was very handy. Staff were fantastic and room was available early which was really great since we had flown from NZ. Would definitely stay here again.

This is our second stay at this lovely hotel. Two years ago we stayed there as a married couple without kids and this time with a 7 month toddler. Both experiences were fantastic. Staff is friendly and helpful, rooms are spacious and clean, breakfast buffet is top notch. Special thanks to staff at buffet breakfast who were very helpful to us and friendly to our baby daughter. We felt loved and cared for.

This hotel is great. The price is a good quality. Comfortable bed. The staff is very polite and attentive. Special thanks to Asif at the reception, knew how to solve difficulties quickly, and Shoura is very attentive, and all personal of this hotel. The breakfast is good, there is everything for every taste. Laundry services are inexpensive and fast.

The location was super convenient, right behind the metro station. It is also very close to Marina walk and Palm Jumeriah. The breakfast was good and the tables were very clean. Our room was spacious with Burj Arab view. The kitchen was well-designed with equipment. The bed was comfortable and the bathrooms were very clean. The rooms were cleaned every day and the staff was very helpful and kind. The receptionists Ms.Maureen and Ms. Smarika were both amazing. They are very professional and they arranged wonderful surprises to our daughter on her birthday. They also guide us to arrange our trip around the city.
