The hotel location and rooms are superb! The breakfast and the restaurant is located on the 11th floor with amazing view. We arrived earlier which was not a problem, because our room was already prepared. We got a room on a 49th floor instead of 28 what was booked for special request. And we decided to extend our stay one day which went super smooth! Special thanks to Salah our receptionist who was kind and helpful and he make all this thing happen! Thank you Salah for the excellent service!

This isn't a typical hotel; this is your second family. I have never laughed and cried at a hotel as I did here. The staff treats you like a family member, ensuring you enjoy every second. Everything is perfect, from the cleaning to the team and the food. There is nothing that I can complain about. They have spoiled my family and me with their love and care. Very polite and helpful stuff! All of the three restaurants were amazing!! The guy that was making the omeletes for the breakfast (Jesus) is our favourite stuff member, with the best smile in the world!! We definately recommend this hotel!!
