We liked everything. Top of the Top. High class hotel. The facilities, the food, the views (from the room, and the 2 pools) the room very clean and spacious .. we took with an access to the lounge and it was very useful and cool. the staff was Attentive - would like to mention Craig and Soukaina from the reception and specially Fatima from the lounge she is one of a kind.

Everything! The rooms, the amazing smell in the rooms and in the common areas. Reception is wonderful and try to accommodate every request. I booked a lake view and to my surprise they managed to give me a 3rd floor room with the burj and the fountain view ( I saw the shows from my window!) housekeeping is amazing they have Lorenzo villoresi product. I felt like a queen definitely will be back
