The Springbok House has a cozy fire place that warms up the entire place. Don't bother packing anything, the house was fully equipped - right down to a Potjie pot. If I can give you one tip, follow Matimba's directions to the T. We got a bit lost (entirely our own fault) but superhero Matimba checked in with us multiple times and guided us back on track. I have never had such a friendly and relieved face greet me! Down to Matimba. This man plays so many roles, Reserve Manager, Ranger, Host, Guide, Photographer and the list goes on. We had the honor of going on a game drive with Matimba - what a Blessed drive! To see the love and passion for wildlife in Matimba's eyes is truly something special. I strongly believe Matimba's compassion, warmth and friendly welcome made our stay worth more than words can explain. Well done to you Sir Matimba!

Amazing view across the valley and wonderfully appointed property with everything you could need for a comfortable stay. Communications were good and we really enjoyed the large lasagne and salad we had asked for on our arrival. Enjoyed a delicious breakfast in the morning at the restaurant across the road.
