We absolutely loved our stay here - this was hands down the best place we stayed at during our whole U.S. trip! The room was spacious, and every single detail was thoughtfully and beautifully chosen. The property itself is magical. There are cats, dogs, and even horses roaming around, so if you’re an animal lover or just in need of some cuddles, this place has you covered. There’s also a sauna, a jacuzzi, a washing machine, and even a short hike to a waterfall right from the property! For kids, there’s badminton and climbing equipment to keep them active and entertained. The hosts were incredibly warm and welcoming - they even made us a vegetarian breakfast, which we really appreciated. We highly recommend staying more than just one night - one day is not enough to enjoy everything this place has to offer. Absolutely perfect in every way!

A beautiful building, very well kept, with an outstanding ocean-front position. Cleaning and maintenance people are always at work to keep everything tidy and neat. The family suite we had (2nd floor, ocean view) was large, comfy, with a breathtaking balcony on the Pacific Ocean and on the Yaquina Head and Lighthouse. The cleanliness is excellent! A welcome basket awaits in the room, full of delicious locally produced snacks. The hotel doesn't offer breakfast, but there is a food truck located in the parking lot that makes delicious breakfast sandwiches. At checkout, they gave us bags with water bottles and candies supply for the day: so thoughtful and appreciated!! The price is high, but the value is so much worth it!!

A balcony with an outdoor dining area and sea views is offered in all units. At the bed and breakfast, the units have bed linen and towels. We received a warm welcome from the owner Nancy. The bedroom was very cozy with an incredible view and a very big bed. We also loved the shower which is outstanding. The breakfast was excellent with fresh scrambled eggs and baked scones. We were in Brookings for only 1 night and didn't take time to enjoy the hot tub. Maybe next time :)

Fab location right on the beach, friendly and helpful staff, great shops and restaurants within walking distance. Very clean, nice to have a pool.

Rooms at The Wayside Inn include a smart TV with cable and suites include a sofa. The warmly decorated rooms are comfortably furnished and include a fridge, microwave and tea and coffee making facilities. Our room looked out on the ocean, which was a boil of Winter storm surf. Beautiful! There's a good deli, store just a one minute walk from our room. Latte's, wine, doggie treats, etc. Instead of going out for dinner, we purchased some deli food and took it all back to our room. Great views and good food.

Friendly staff and wonderful check-in process (welcome drink, free cookies). The room was in great condition with a great shower/bathtub and complete basic facilities. Many amenities including a pool. Free parking. Good value for money. Would definitely stay again next time.
