We got there a little late because we stopped to get food and we soon learned that everything is pole pole in Tanzania -- there is no such thing as fast food. However, the host met us at the property and waited for us. We had been traveling over 24 hours when we arrived. Needless to say, we were very exhausted. The beds were comfortable and the robes were a nice touch. I would stay again and stay for longer next time.

The property was had amazing views, modern, perfect finishes. I particularly loved that there were no carpets; it was clean and just gorgeous. I loved the murals, the food, but what stood out for me was the staff. The service was absolutely incredible. I wish I could rate them 11 out of 10. The staff at this place are always ready to help, from the frontline staff, to the restaurant staff, the cleaners, management, right down to the security guard outside. I would like to make a special mention to Prince, Evelyn, Sharon went above and beyond their call of duty to make us comfortable. Also Hadson, Rodgers, the chef (Sharon I believe) and her guys (sadly did not get their names). Also briefly met Vivian who went out of her way to help out, had a great chat. Honestly, it was just incredible, they made sure I had all I needed, even services not offered by the hotel I received, absolutely loved our drivers too, also organised by Prince and Evelyn, I will end it here

I love the personalized service of The Green Mountain and Greenside Hotel properties! As a frequent visitor to their hotels, they upgraded me to a nicer room. Also, I needed to visit a hair salon, and they took care of all the arrangements for that, including escorting me to the salon and making sure they had a functional generator since the power was out in the city. This type of customer service is what keeps me coming back. The management and staff are exceptional! Also, as a vegan, I appreciated the fresh and homemade veggie burger. it was delicious!
