The daily Housekeeping was thorough. The on-site restaurant offers a broad menu for foreigners and Thai's, with choice of fabulous dining room or in-room dining options. Hosts Jazz & Nui provided a free shuttle when asked to the closest daily food market, and to a Tuesday night food market bazaar. They were also happy to help me get to the chilled city area too, at the same cost as a typical Thai taxi app. Airport pick-up and drop-off was hassle-free. There's authentic street-food a short walk downhill, and a café with heavenly views just uphill. I live in Bangkok full-time, and Bura Resort in Chiang Rai is my new escape! Can't wait to return. Very highly recommended.

At the aparthotel, the units include a private bathroom with slippers and a hair dryer. We had a great time at Doichang view-Sunset. Our host, Mon, took us to coffee farms and the sheep farm. She took all the time to make us feel comfortable. She cooked delicious food and gave us two wonderful days. We love to stay at the balcony with a beautiful view (and love the hottub). Also our host picked us up at the bus station. That was very convenient!
