The historic Margretetorps Gästgifvaregård is located by Hallandsåsen mountain ridge, a 10-minute drive from Ängelholm city centre. The grounds and hotel are a lovely mix of charming and contemporary but in keeping with the original buildings. I have never seen a hotel room with such attention to detail… hooks… robes… lighting etc. The beds were unbelievably comfortable and if I lived here would order one. This hotel was one of our favourite places during our 2 weeks in Sweden. Would absolutely stay here again!

This trip became truly unforgettable thanks to their warmth and generosity. I highly recommend staying here and would love to come back in the future!
