That place is stunning, even the cenote was closed because of the last hurricane we really enjoyed our stay to the fullest. Its a magical place like a little jungle and the staff was more than great! The hotel was half an hour away from Xel-Ha park and is also extremely close to Xcaret parks Xplor and Xenses.

We were unlucky that on our first night, our neighbours were unfortunately loud late at night. When we complained, the hotel went above and beyond and gave us our own secluded rooms away from the previous rooms. This is exceptional client service and would definitely return. Food was delicious, a real escape from the Riviera Mayan resort feel.

The condo was very clean and provided sufficient space for my party of 6 to relax comfortably. We enjoyed the large pool and especially liked that it wasn't crowded. The beach was nearby and well kept. The staff were welcoming and very helpful! Would definitely recommend the facilities to anyone traveling as a group.
