Our room was super clean and comfortable, and the courtyard with the pool is just stunning. Breakfast was delicious every morning (fresh juice, fruit, pastries, everything you could wish for!), and dinner was just as amazing. The staff are the kindest people — always smiling, helpful, and making sure we had everything we needed. We truly felt at home here and can’t wait to come back. From the moment I arrived, the hospitality was beyond anything I’ve experienced before. Ali, Moeed, and the entire team made me feel not just like a guest, but like family. Their unmatched service, kindness, and attention to detail truly elevated my entire Fes experience. This Riad is relatively new, boasting only six beautifully designed rooms, but it already sets a gold standard for service and style. The infrastructure is modern yet authentically Moroccan, blending traditional design with comfort and luxury. The warm welcome with Moroccan tea was the perfect beginning to an unforgettable stay. What stood out the most was the breakfast – an extensive, delicious, and beautifully presented spread that I looked forward to more than any meal during my trip. From freshly baked bread and pastries to traditional Moroccan delights, it was a breakfast I will remember for a long time. The rooftop is another highlight: a cozy and stylish seating area with a Jacuzzi and breathtaking panoramic views of the city. It’s the perfect spot to unwind after a day exploring the medina. To top it off, I discovered that the owner's brother runs a nearby restaurant called Fondouk Bazaar, just a 5-minute walk from the Riad. At first, I didn’t realize it was part of the same family, but once I dined there, everything made sense – the quality, cleanliness, and service mirrored what I experienced at the Riad. The food was absolutely incredible, with an open kitchen and immaculate atmosphere. Hands down, one of the best meals I had in Morocco. Riad Dar Timrad is a rare find – a place where luxury, warmth, and authenticity meet. The owner truly goes above and beyond to ensure every guest is taken care of, and it shows in every detail. Providing private parking, the riad is 1.4 km from Batha Square. The accommodation provides a hot tub, free WiFi throughout the property and family rooms. An absolutely amazing place with exceptional staff ,a special thanks to Youssef, Hayat, and Bouchra for their outstanding hospitality. The rooftop is truly one of the best in town, offering a wonderful atmosphere. The food was fresh, homemade, and delicious. Every detail was perfect.

All units in the riad are fitted with a kettle. Featuring a private bathroom with a hot tub and a hair dryer, some units at the riad also boast a terrace. At the riad, every unit comes with bed linen and towels. The propriety was fantastic ! The room & the bathroom spectacular ! Nordin welcomed us very well , super kind guy and help us a lot with all our requests ! I highly recommend this place !

Located in the Old Medina, Riad Palais Ommeyad is a traditional palace with Moroccan décor featuring an outdoor swimming pool, spa bath, massage and body treatments. Karaouiyne Mosque is a 20-minute walk away. Everything, but the service and staff were absolutely incredible. The hotel itself is stunning and perfectly located.

There is also a swimming pool, a hammam with flowers essences, a sauna, a hot tub, a fitness room and a massage room. You might also want to indulge in healthy cuisine including freshly squeezed fruit and vegetable juices and herbal teas. It’s well located and clean. The staff were incredibly helpful and kind. Nothing was too much to ask for them and we felt very welcome.

Quality Moroccan cuisine is served in your choice of two restaurants or the lounge. Breakfast is served in the courtyard. Everything was fantastic. The wow breakfast, wifi, staff, room was so large and comfortable i slept well like a baby. It is just 1 minute away from one of the principal street of the medina.

The spacious apartment comes with 2 bedrooms, a flat-screen TV with cable channels and a fully equipped kitchen that provides guests with an oven, a fridge, a washing machine, a stovetop and kitchenware. The parquet floors, fireplace and peaceful vibe add to the ambience of the room. The accommodation is non-smoking. Great apartment.. spacious and has 2 balconies one of them overlooks the pool.. all the facilities are available inside the apartment.. I did not meet the host but the check in was easy according to the instructions he provided us.. they allocated a parking space for us under the building and close to the elevator which made it easy to transport the suitcases.. my family loved this apartment.. located within a group of modern buildings.. I thank the host and his wife for their phone communication.. I totally recommend this apartment.
