The terrace is beautiful, and the sunset is stunning, as various other reviewers say (see the photo). The host, Nilde, is very pleasant, helpful, and accommodating. Having a small kitchen right outside the room to get tea/coffee was so practical. The Italian breakfast served with a smile by Nilde was very fresh and delicious. It really felt like home. Highly recommended!

Air-conditioned rooms feature a TV with satellite channels and private bathroom with free toiletries. Some rooms have garden views while others pool views. Fantastic location and oozing with history. The staff are so helpful, attentive, warm and friendly. We received a generous upgraded room at check in and were also delivered a welcome gift of fruit and sweet and savoury snacks/treats brought to our room just after we arrived. Our room was so unbelievably comfortable, and maid service was perfection, always on hand to replenish toiletries, mini bar or assist to any request. We asked for plates to be cleared from our room on the first evening and when we returned, much later, our housemaid had performed a full bedtime turndown service for us, placing slippers at each side of the bed, drawing blinds, turning on bedside lamps and our bathroom was fully refreshed. Quisisana truly did welcome us and made us feel at home!! Breakfast was also amazing with a young violinist playing in the background! Excellent choices of foods at breakfast and a great variety of options.

The room was very comfortable and the food was delicious, but the best thing was the location of the hotel as it had two different entrances to two different streets. Also the hotel has a nice swimming pool for young kids.

Amazing view. Attention to detail in deco is amazing. Very comfortable atmosphere. No complaints at all. Place was definitely better than I expected. Very nice spacious room. Beautiful floors and tiles. Gorgeous outside area.
