bliss® spa features a relaxing menu of body massage and beauty treatments, as well as healthy snacks and its unique brownie buffet. Sauna and steam rooms are also available. The WIRED Business Centre provides computer workstations and secretarial services. We had a free room upgrade (to a room with awesome view). Check in/out was very fast with staffs always available to guide us around. Service was exceptional. Love that we have 24/7 room service and gym. Location is super convenient, with a mall right next to the hotel, connected. Walking distance to Kowloon and Austin MTR.

At the Peninsula Spa, relax with a full body massage or soak in the hot tubs. There is also an on-site shopping arcade, and well-equipped function rooms. Guests can also stay in shape at the fitness centre, or get professional services at the business centre. Room was superb and fit all of us comfortably. Location was in front of the Hongkong Space Museum and the hotel was below some shops. The breakfast was also superb and worth the money. Would love to check in again. We'd like to add that since we had children, the hotel went above and beyond and added a crib, a childs bed, as well as toilet amenities for our children.

Friendly staff, extra care for kids, provided more towels and bathroom kits for our toddlers . staffs were being helpful for booking lunch and giving direction for local attraction, the hotel itself is a piece of art, with great food selection and truly one of the best hotel in HK.

The current dining collection includes Lai Ching Heen (Cantonese culinary treasures), The Steak House (Haven for meat and wine lovers), Harbourside (International buffet experience), The Lobby Lounge (Cinematic destination with mesmerising harbourviews), Nobu (Japanese cuisine with Peruvian influences) and Qura Bar (Feast for the sense with rare spirits). Everything was exceptional, the staff the Harbourside room, the facilities, restaurants, comfort of the bed, the staff organising taxis, welcoming us home each time we returned, bathroom facilities and the gifts received to welcome us..

Guests can enjoy a range of therapies at the spa or keep fit with a game of tennis or exercising at the fitness centre. Other facilities include a sauna, tour desk and bicycle rental. Supervised activities for young children are also available at Camp Hyatt. Hotel is very new, modern and stylish. Everything in bathroom was working. Hyatt level! Bar has live music performances in the evening - singing european and british hit songs. Coctails are somewhat interesting but pricey. View from the room is incredible - panoramic view on the bay!
