Certified with the Indoor Environment Quality, the hotel implemented with additional hygiene measures, including UV light installed air conditioning system and negative air pressure ventilation system for all guest rooms. every single interaction I had with the staff, no matter how big or small was met with a smile and the utmost professionalism I had some small requests during my stay like ordering flowers, the concierge went above and beyond to help this happen, even getting me a better deal than what I asked for I absolutely loved my stay here, I want to come back to Hong Kong in large part due to the great experience with this hotel

Pampering massage treatments, steam rooms and saunas are available at the spa. The service from the bellboy, front staff, and concierge was impeccable. They went above and beyond to accommodate all our requests. The room was spacious and perfect for our family, especially with our little baby. The location was also very convenient as it’s directly connected to the IFC mall. Highly recommended!

The WIRED Business Centre provides computer workstations and secretarial services. Location, interiors, design of the property. Service is also good. If I go back to HK would stay at this hotel again.

Guests can also stay in shape at the fitness centre, or get professional services at the business centre. Total understated luxury. We landed early morning and they allowed an early check in. We left late the following night and could still use the pool and facilities after we had checked out

The private bathroom comes with a separate rainshower and a bathtub. A flat-screen TV, Blu-ray DVD player and Nespresso machine are all included. Excellent customer service! The Mandorin was very convenient, room is sensational quality with a very comfortable bed. A la carte breakfast was a real winner. Jadee at the concierge desk was super friendly and helpful and arranged a wonderful Peking Duck dinner for us. Thanks to all of the lovely staff.
