The RR Phantom pickup and welcome services were well worth the price after a long trip. The room was ready early as we requested which was a great touch.

Everything was exceptional, the staff the Harbourside room, the facilities, restaurants, comfort of the bed, the staff organising taxis, welcoming us home each time we returned, bathroom facilities and the gifts received to welcome us..
