We also made use of the accessibility of the ground level apartment for my great grandma that is in a wheel chair. Felisa, the owner was very attentive before, during and after our stay and very understanding with our little kids’ needs. Navaconcejo is my mom’s hometown and I come back frequently and Encantos de Jerte will be my go to spot from now on!

Great room facilities, lovely helpful staff. The restaurant food and wine were excellent. Stayed with motorbikes and they arranged for them to be securely parked. If ever back in the area we would definitely stay again. Only downside is they don’t own more hotels to visit and stay at 😆. Definitely recommend.
