Thanks to the hotel staff, the atmosphere in the hotel is incredible, which made my holiday and my stay very special. I was amazed by the hospitality and kindness of the hotel staff. The employees are very professional, everyone was so friendly and helpful and they made me feel very comfortable and safe. Furthermore, the restaurants/bars in the hotel and the food (breakfast and dinner) were amazingly delicious. My hotel room was very spacious, clean and comfortable and had the perfect view on the Nile, which was stunning. Also, the travel agency of the hotel, Nasco, was very helpful in booking my tours (and I had the best tour guide with so much knowledge and interesting things to tell!!). All in all, I had the best stay, thanks to the Steigenberger Nile Palace Team and everything they offered. I would book the hotel again and I recommend you doing so as well. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure that every guest's dining experience was enjoyable. Overall, I would give the Nile Carnival Cruise a full 5-star rating. The exceptional service, beautiful ship, and amazing experiences made this trip a once-in-a-lifetime experience that I would highly recommend to anyone visiting Egypt.

Restaurant of the property is serves delirious meals. From the start to finish our tour and stay at the property was flawlessly perfect. The property staff went above and beyond to make our holiday perfect.

I also joined a tour with Hamdi, and it was definitely a highlight of my trip, he knows so much and makes it really fun and interesting. I would happily recommend this place to anyone visiting Luxor.
