Each meal was a delight, and the staff there went above and beyond to accommodate us, especially with our toddler. I want to extend a special thanks to Mr. Haytham, who checked in with us twice a day to make sure everything was perfect. His attention to detail and genuine care made us feel truly valued. He deserves to be called the resort’s superhero! Additionally, Mr. Shehata was always around, ensuring that everything in the resort and the restaurants was running smoothly, which made our stay even more relaxing. The entire team was incredibly honest, kind, and supportive throughout our stay. This level of service and warmth made our experience unforgettable. Highly recommended for families and anyone looking for a fantastic resort getaway!

Everything is good, staff was very helpful and the hotel manager Mr. Ehad was very friendly and helpful. Housekeeping staff also is very helpful especially Mohamed

The hotel is stunning, with spacious rooms and excellent facilities like pools, a spa, and diverse restaurants. What made my stay truly special was the exceptional service from the staff, especially *Michael* at the front desk. His professionalism, attentiveness, and warm smile made me feel very welcome. Michael went out of his way to handle all my requests efficiently and always had a positive attitude. His genuine care for guests made my stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for its great atmosphere and outstanding service!

You can also access the gym, the tennis court and the games room for free. Hager, Hager, Hager! Hager was our butler. She was just amazing! Always available to help and extremely nice to us. The food overall is very good. The hotel is extremely clean. The water of the beach and pool is warm. Totally recommend!
