So nicely designed and really kind staff. The breakfast buffet was delicious with so much variety, and the private spa was exceptional. Great location with lots of good restaurants around and close to the tourist sites, but not right in the middle of the touristy part of the city. If we return to Prague we would definitely stay here again.

The personal: Everyone is very nice, always smiling( Even with the eyes! ) , Very friendly, helpful, kind. This is the first hotel where we see such employees. I would like to single out the employees with whom I had to communicate - Karina (works in the sauna area), administrator (Ondra)I'm sorry if I spelled the name wrong:)) and the bartender (I don't remember the name). They were the best! I would like to believe that management is protective, caring and loving Your employees. We will definitely be back! Thank you, you are the best! ❤️

The access to the hotel is minutes away by public transportation, it takes about 30 to 40 min to get to the center, but the city has good connections. The room is very comfortable. We would definitely return to this hotel, we found it very complete and affordable for everything it offers, highly recommended.
