The location was amazing. The room also, I was in a mega room with a spectacular view. Special thanks to Claire form the department loyalty who helped me a lot at the check in with very good advise. It was a pleasure to make the check out with her also. The breakfast was very good and planty of choices. I’m a W fan and this one in Shanghai is one of the best.

Radisson Collection Hotel, Xing Guo Shanghai is the perfect addition to this curated collection. Gorgeous property in a great location. Staff was incredibly patient and kind. They went out of their way to find some packages my aunt had sent me without a room number on them. The complimentary juice and wontons were delicious! Housekeeping was lovely too.

Le personnel était discret et aux petits soins. Le buffet du petit déjeuner (3eme étage) était parfait, il y en avait pour tous les goûts. Enfin, la vue depuis la chambre du 22eme étage était tout simplement exceptionnelle.

Lydia went above and beyond, helping me with everything from ordering Taobao to recommending the best places to eat and visit in the city. She made navigating Shanghai a breeze and was always there with helpful tips, which made my trip so much smoother. A special mention for Chris, the bellman—this man is a true gem! Not only did he provide stellar service, but he even remembered my name each time I saw him. It’s those little touches that really make a difference, and it was clear that Chris truly cares about the guests' experience. His warm and friendly demeanor made every interaction feel personal and genuine. The room itself was a dream—super clean, comfortable, and with the best view of the Pearl Tower you could ask for. Waking up to that view was the perfect start to my day, and I couldn’t have asked for a better place to relax after a long day of exploring.
