This completely non-smoking full-service resort, spa and conference centre is situated in Niagara-on-the-Lake and features luxurious amenities, elegant accommodations and a large variety of on-site activities. Staff were exceptionally friendly. Unfortunately I got a nail in my tire. The concierge took my car to the auto shop to have it fixed and had it back to the hotel within 40 minutes. I was so impressed at how kind and helpful everyone is. The facilities are lovely and clean. Beds are comfortable. We had a superior room and it was quite spacious. I would definitely go back and recommend this resort to anyone. Great location - conveniently near the QEW, Niagara on the Lake, Niagara Falls and the Niagara Outlet is literally across the road.

Spacious Accommodation: Cozy Suite with HOT TUB & Highspeed Internet in Grimsby offers a spacious apartment with one bedroom and a living room. The property features a garden and terrace, ideal for relaxation. Darlene and Andy were responsive, kind, and accommodating. We are local to Niagara and will be staying again for a staycation. It is so clean and has everything you could require including a full kitchen. Truly, a home away from home!

Towels and bed linen are provided in the holiday home. The property has an outdoor dining area. The house was beautiful, complete with Christmas lights and Christmas trees. It was totally unexpected, making it a wonderful surprise for our Christmas celebration! The house was equipped with absolutely everything! I brought way too many things that I didn't need, lol. Very nice and quiet neighborhood. Absolutely loved our time together there and can't wait to do it again! Thank you so much!!!
