Able to get key after hours (my flight did not get in until 22:00). Nice to have jacuzzi in the room. My room had the Jacuzzi to the side of the sofa, not behind it. Quick response to issues. Top bed sheet would have been nice as the comforter was very hot. Great location! 5 minute walk to bus stops, opera house, ‘the horse’ and the bohemian street. 15 minute walk to fortress.

Good WiFi and water pressure. However, thermostat didn’t change the temperature in the room. Extremely hot from heater. Opening screened window helped some, but wasted energy.

The staff is absolutely wonderful, the location is fantastic, and the rooms were spotless with amazing water pressure in the shower, comfy beds, and a good amount of space. The little spa in the basement with sauna and jacuzzi was so fun, and the breakfast was fantastic, 10/10. Will absolutely stay here again next time I'm in Budapest.

Mystery Hotel Budapest, Preferred Hotels & Resorts is a historically themed luxury hotel located in the 6th district in downtown Budapest, in an eclectic palace built in the 19th century. This 5-star hotel offers free WiFi and in-house spa and wellness area. Hungarian State Opera is 900 m away and St. Stephen's Basilica is a 15-minute walk from the hotel. Everything about the hotel, rooms and location was excellent. The rooms were very nice and spacious. Breakfast spread was excellent. All in all, had a really great stay!
