Beautiful hotel, you can tell immediately right from the lobby and the concierge that this hotel was something very special. The place was decorated tastefully and beautifully, the room was very clean, as well as big and spacious. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Special mention to Mr Steve who was manager of the breakfast dining hall for his excellent service and equally excellent team ! Very nice new hotel. Location is great, not in the middle of the noisy action, but close enough to be at the Main Square in 5 minutes by foot. Stores, restaurants and massage in the immediate vicinity. Room was spacious and clean. There is also a sauna and whirlpool in the spa area in the basement. You can have breakfast on the terrace with a great view. The entire staff is super friendly and helpfull. A special thanks goes to Mr. Smith Tuan, who helped us a lot with our departure after a long day of hiking.

Sapa Praha is perfect place ,quite but close to all attractions like cat cat village, night market and city centre. Reception is very helpful and friendly, nice lady Mao helped us to book walking tour to three villages, also she will offer you bikes for rend and tickets . Comfortable memory foam mattress, great Mountain View , breakfast, good restaurant -all you need to stay in Sapa. Recommend

This has been by far the best experience in Vietnam so far. Clay House has exceeded all expectations. The position is perfect, right on the trail paths. Everything at the object is amazing, and the best part is their food. Don't worry about searching for restaurants - their kitchen is amazing and it serves both lunch and dinner.

We traveled with two other couples. Upon arrival, served hot local tea. Reception pleasantly surprised us with complementary upgraded mountain view rooms close to each other which really made the visit to Sapa special. Later they arranged day trekking to ethnic villages with local guide. Location is ideal near the church, restaurants,, Sun Group for Fansipan cable car, etc. Breakfast has good mix of Asian and Western dishes, eggs prepared to order. Luxury trains back to Hanoi were all booked, but the manager worked diligently to search, find and book us in three 2X suites. Would definitely stay here again!

I had an excellent 8-day stay at this hotel in Sapa. The location is perfect, the rooms are super clean, and the staff are very accommodating. From my room window, I enjoyed a beautiful view, and even in the dining area, you can watch the funicular passing by, which made the experience extra special. The breakfast was delicious and a great way to start each day. The price is definitely worth it for the comfort and service you get. I’m especially grateful to the hotel manager for being so kind and thoughtful, even giving me a lovely token from the hotel. I will definitely stay here again when I return to Sapa.
