I stayed here for three nights on my solo trip, and honestly, I loved everything. The room was super clean, the bed was comfy, and the water pressure in the shower was perfect (a big plus for me!). Staff were always smiling and helpful, even gave me tips on where to eat nearby. I usually don’t give full marks, but this place really deserved it.

Great for a family. Very comfortable and clean. Great value for money. It’s not right in the middle of the action however it’s so easy to get a grab so this wasn’t a problem at all. Some restaurants etc close by it you walk about 5 min. Pool was great to cool off with kids after sightseeing. Highly recommend

This was our first time staying at the Sherwood Suites Hotel. My husband and I took our daughters on a 7-day trip to Ho Chi Minh City and stayed in Room 203. From the moment we reached out before our stay to the day we checked in, every staff member—from the front desk and restaurant staff to the doormen and security—was incredibly warm and welcoming. They made us feel right at home in HCM. Our executive suite was well-equipped with a kitchen, washing machine, and dryer, making it super convenient for us to take care of our little ones—just like at home. The pool isn’t huge, but it has everything you need—a jacuzzi, sauna, steam room, and even life jackets for kids to borrow. There’s also a kids’ corner right next to the pool, which was perfect for our little ones to play. Location-wise, it’s super convenient! There’s a convenience store right across the street and a supermarket just around the corner. Our kids wanted to go there every night! Oh, and the restaurant downstairs is delicious! We especially loved the pho and seafood chowder. Aside from a few small maintenance issues—like a crack on the bathroom mirror and a bathtub stopper that needed multiple presses to work—everything else was amazing. We truly miss our 7-day stay and can’t wait to come back!
