First of all, I went to several hotels during my 14-day trip to the US, but this hotel was the friendliest. And the cost performance was good, and it was nice that it was close to Saddleback Church. All the staff, including the manager, treated me like family, welcomed me so much that I couldn't get this kind of treatment anywhere, and gave me the best service. There was also an issue where the hot water didn't come out for a while, but it was fixed perfectly the next day, paid back to some extent, and was full of apologetic feelings, so I knew the truth and felt grateful rather than complaining. I will go again the next time I go to the US and I recommend it to everyone around me. The staff are so friendly, that's it

It was pretty with the garden courtyard. There was a heated pool, hot tub, and fitness room. Breakfast was included as well.

The WIFI was good, the bathroom and the room spacious and the beds really nice and comfortable. The room was clean and was cleaned every day when putting the sign for cleaning request outside of the door. We could park our car in front of the room for free. Airconditioning was good, but loud. The area was good with many restaurants around. Laguna Hills is a nice town.

Very nice and spatious room. Excellent breakfast; very nice swimming pool/hot tub. Laundry facilities on site next to the pool (so you can jump in the pool when waiting). Very nice set-up of the garden/facilities.
