United StatesIf I could give 10 stars I could! The staff was extremely helpful and had some of the best customer service I've ever received in any hotel! They went above and beyond in more ways than one. I was greeted from the time I walked in the door and every time until i checked out. The people there really take the time to make sure your stay is a great one! But not just the front desk but the also housekeeping because the room was extremely clean. I am a former hotel manager and am extremely picky so I know the importance of a clean room. Everything was spotless! I also had great service at the restaurant upstairs. I would highly recommend this place to anyone! Thank you all!

The rooms were very clean and the staff (all-front desk, housekeeping, breakfast staff ) were very nice and helpful. The pool area was very nice and clean-refurbished and warm ;) the hot tub was clean and nice but a bit cold.

The staff members were awesome! The hotel room was very clean and quiet; however, the hot tub was filthy and looked like a swill. Breakfast left a lot to be desired, but this seems true of all hotels now.
