The hotel is absolutely wonderful, and exceeded all our expectations! Great heated pool, delicious breakfasts, clean, spacious, and very comfortable rooms. We especially liked the ski lockers and ski rent. The ski lockers are heated, so your boots and ski clothes are always dry. We only rented skis and sticks and they were great. A special pleasure is that the ski lifts are next to the hotel, and if you want to get to a further lift, the hotel provides a free shuttle service

Very clean and quality fittings. Food was plentiful and varied - our compliments to the soup chef!! we loved every soup, and all the cheeses in particular. We really enjoyed the afternoon tea coming back from skiing. We LOVED the spa and hammam - highlight of each day! One day we paid for massages from Aya and Putu which were really the best massages we ever had! Thank you! Also really good was the shuttle up and down the main road making it easy to return from the gondola to the hotel.

I liked this hotel, the atmosphere inside, the personel, breakfast… everything. I really enjoyed time spending there. The way I was treated and met with small but valuable presents they gave me (photos attached). While sleeping in my room I felt that I was sleeping in one of the rooms of the Dolmabahce Sarayi and it was amazing! I strongly recommend this hotel and hope that I will return soon.
