The staff and owner went above and beyond for us when we ordered something at the bar that they didn’t have. The owner actually went to the shop around the corner to get what we wanted - we have never had service like this! The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The room we had was huge and absolutely perfect. Everything was exceptionally clean and fresh. The pool was glorious as it was extremely hot and it freshened us up in no time.

We wanted to stay close to the airport for our flight the next day and we couldn’t have made a better choice. We were happy with everything, the staff were very friendly, they recommended the restaurant next door to us for dinner and it was one of the best meals we had over our whole stay in Istanbul. Smaller room, but nicely designed and more than enough for a short-time stay and unbeatable for the price we paid. There was no issue with a late checkout. We used their private taxi roundtrip from and to the airport for 35 eur and we're happy we did. Overall a great experience and we would stay again!

Good place, nice owner. I was traveling with my family, we arrived at Istanbul airport, and the next day we had to go to the airport again. The host offered and arranged transfer from and to the airport. When he met us the night before, he gave us tea to drink, prepared breakfast in the next morning. Highly recommend.

Love the staff and room size we stayed at residence so had a studio size room with 2 bathrooms sofa full kitchen and large. The lovely lady handling customer relations checked up on us daily at breakfast and rectified any issued immediately. All staff speak english so much easier to communicate.
