Amazing ambiance around the pool and inside the dining area, exceptionally cheerful and professional staff , the room is well decorated and very well maintained, the room accessories are comprehensive and have more things that I ever see in all 5 star hotel I’ve ever been in. You will find pajama and robe and two types of shoes and a lot of things inside the room , you will find small fluffy high quality toy represents the elegant rabbit 🐇 that reminds you of the famous house of perfumes (penhaligon's). The shampoo , the conditioner and hand wash smell like amazing perfumes. Breakfast place and choices are hard to explain . They are simply 10/10 . Lastly , I had to cancel my stay on W hotel that was scheduled few days after leaving the Salil just to book again back in the Salil. It’s really the best 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

The room was very nice and modern. Very comfortable and stylish, with lots of mirrors and a glass wall between the bedroom and bathroom. Most of all I liked the employees of the hotel. Everyone is so polite and helpful, always ready to answer all questions. I had several requests prior to arrival. And all of them were fulfilled. And on my last night, I returned to the room to find a beautiful dessert provided as a good bye gift by the hotel. I was very impressed. Thank you.

My room layout was excellent. We were impressed with the humongous-sized bed in our room. Kids had so much room to roam and run around and play with each other. Also, we liked their pool facility which was shallow so kids could use it without us worrying about them or being with them in the pool. Their staff were very helpful in connecting us to food delivery service and also arranging transport to go for sightseeing. Another aspect I liked was that the number of guests staying on the property was ideal and didn't feel like it was crowded especially for breakfast, pool, etc. were comfortably accessible with ample space and time. Overall, the staff, facilities, layout, amenities in the room, etc. were all great, and would definitely stay again.

    Lovely hotel in the heart of the old town. Very quiet and great location. Very near the water taxi. Only 16 baht to all the sights. Friendly, helpful staff. Good room with a large jacuzzi bath. Booked without breakfast but there's a very good place, The Corner Restaurant about 50 metres from hotel to have breakfast. Would stay here again when in Bangkok.
