Very nice and traditional ryokan renovated 3 years ago with a lot of luxurious taste. The hallway to eat diner and breakfast is amazing dated from edo period. Rooms are modern and spacious. The chef was working in refined restaurant in Tokyo before and he is cooking an amazing food, the best I had during my trip in nagano. Staff was nice and friendly. I really recommend.

What a gem! Loved every bit of this stay, Yuki & Ken are wonderful and accommodating. Ken is a great cook I loved his meals. They have put attention to detail to every bit of their beautiful accommodation. The bath is amazing - like you have an Onsen. The shared lounge is stunning and cosy, the rooms are lovely and they are just great humans who are easy to connect with. Not to mention they live in an incredibly beautiful part of the world on the Nakasendo. Photos of the accommodation don’t do it justice.
