The service was very good. The employees are very cultured and very understanding. The hotel is very nice in a good location, 5 minutes from the promenade by the sea. The interior is made as historical, which makes you feel as if you are in the past. We were very surprised at how much choice of food there was for breakfast and dinner, which was very tasty. We would go to the same place again.

When travelling and staying at hotels, a lot of things can get much better if you don't hesitate to ask for improvements. The staff were super kind and all our wishes were fulfilled. We booked a room with a private sauna and this was the best decision. The hotel had an amazing buffet breakfast and dinner! The spa, gym and pool were ideal early in the morning. We especially enjoyed the cocktail bar! A wonderful, professional and friendly bartender agreed to try and make our own alien cocktail recipes. In general, everyone was extremely kind and helpful, especially the young lady at the reception. We enjoyed both Opatija and Rijeka on our way to Italy and at the end of our stay were surprised that the garage fee was deducted from our bill. We also got a complimentary drink at the bar. I would strongly recommend this hotel and especially their half-board offer!

Every little corner in this hotel is cleaned like crazy. The quality of the beds and Interieur is amazing and the rooftop lounge is amazing. The hotel is located right next to the coast road. The windows and balconies of the rooms overlook the bay, the view is fantastic. The hotel has its own beach across the road with comfortable and free sunbeds and gazebos. We had a great dinner in the hotel restaurant, the breakfast was a gastronomic experience. The staff is excellently prepared and kind; they try to please the guests in every way. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The air conditioning worked perfectly. The bathroom was nice and well-equipped.

The room was very spacious, so was the bathroom. Direct view on the sea side. Private beach was great too, water is very clean. Hotel offers 20 EUR dinner option for guests, which is tasty and great. Its a walkable distance to the next village. Enough parking space. Great staff. We enjoyed our stay a lot.
