Very very close to the beach. No big wave, very clear water, and it's quite shallow, good for children. You can enjoy the sun rise in the apartment, from window or balcony. Young children can enjoy watching the plane landing and take off. You can see a blue dome church from the beach. We discovered a cave house near by and groups of little fish by the rocks. Close to Karmari by car. Lots of restaurant in Karmari. Nice place for a family.Very very close to the bus stop, but not many bus. If you are planning to hire a car, choose Anna's villa. Anna help us to hire a car, no deposit, full insurance with low excess fee. You can choose the basic insurance that's cheaper. But I chose the full one as it's my first time driving there. Car hire company collect us from the airport and pass the car. Our return flight in the early morning, just 4 min by car to the airport, park the car at the airport car park and leave the car key under the driver carpet. So smooth. Thank you very much again Anna!

Our stay in Roula Villa was something unbelievable! Literally, heaven on earth... Not only was the hotel No.1 in Perissa (family-managed hotel, featuring a pool with salty water, 5-min walk to a beautiful beach) but the staff (managers, owners, receptionists, house-keeping... Just great people! We loved the company of Angelo and Sissy (owners) and Christos was just adorable! Gabi was a kind help any time... We were amazed by the kindness, hospitality and friendly attitude of the above! Besides, the island is a paradise, a great escape from reality... The beauty of the sea, beaches, cities, and the people impressed us so much that we definitely need to come back!

I can't say enough about this property. I will most definitely choose to stay at this resort again, except I choose the Luxury side of the property just for the experience. Gorgeous and exemplary best describes this property and it location...best in all of Santorini. If you plan to visit Santorini, you absolutely have to stay here...hands down. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was an event...so many yummy options. The view was perfect. It's close to shopping and the black sand beach. But wear shoes because their beach is all rocks. Very close to fine dining restaurants, hookah, dancing, shopping and tour reservations. If you stay here you will be telling your grandkids, grandkids about this hidden gem.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The service was super friendly and helpful, and the food and drinks were really delicious. Everything was really well done. The hotel itself is modern and stylish, and it’s also super clean – which I really appreciated. The whole place has a really nice, relaxed vibe that makes you feel comfortable right away.
