Isle of ManThe room was ample size, and spotless, tea and coffee facilities in the room as well as a hairdryer. The beds were very comfortable. Had an evening meal and breakfast, both were very tasty. The breakfast was self serve with lots of different choices. On both occasions the staff asked straight away on entering the dining room if anyone had a dietary restriction, this did not affect us but was nice to know for other family members who were not with us on this occasion Also noticed at breakfast there was a table in another part of the dining room that was a ‘ Gluten Free’ area.
Although we did not have time to use the pool area, jacuzzi and other facilities, they looked clean and the people in there seemed to be enjoying them.

United KingdomOur stay was amazing! Accommodation is in a great secluded area of Frodsham which made us feel like we were miles away from home. You can clearly tell every little detail has been thought of by Lady Heyes. From the cover over the top of our Hot Tub, to the comfortable spacious sofa perfect for relaxing in the night time. Nothing was too much for the staff in reception and they made us feel very welcome.
Will definitely be returning!

IsraelThe staff were extremely helpful and friendly as they always are. The rooms are externally spacious. The location is extremely convenient, 5 mins walk from the train stations and 5 mins walk from Matthew street so you can't really ask for a better location. This my my third stay at the hotel and I will definitely come back.

The room was spacious and clean, the bed comfortable and there were plenty of toiletries in the bathroom. Breakfast was good with good choice of hot food and some pastries. The location is great, close to the town centre and about 12 minutes from the Theatre Royal, the bus station and 15 minutes from the train station. The bed was very comfy and the room was spacious. But for the cost I paid ivr stayed in much bigger and better rooms The shower kept going hot then ice cold so I couldn't stay in the shower more than a minute and the sink kept blocking so obvious very poor plumbing .Guest review byJimunzyYoung couple
