Everything was perfect in this hotel. Check in and check out easy and fast. Staff very, very friendly. It's located by the main street and you can easily access alcudia beach. Two swimming pools. Breakfast and dinner became very special events for us. Food was delicious and with many options, including vegans. (They set the room so beautifully you'll take a picture just to remember).

Staff: very friendly and helpful, they answered almost all questions we asked. Restaurant: we have breakfast and dinner included, and the food there is fantastic. Location: If you have a car, then staying at Alcudia is much better than staying at Palma.

I had an incredible stay, was greeted with a glass of bubbles and the staff were all amazing and really friendly. Apartment itself was very clean and had a cute terrace with mountain view. Hotel had a buffet breakfast and dinner option which I thought was tasty and varied with selection. I went there to relax and swim so I can't comment on tourist attractions but the pool was wonderful and hotel not far from a gorgeous sandy beach (I'm aussie so my beach standards are pretty high!). Would definitely recommend to stay here, thank you very much :)

The hotel was beautiful-interiers modern and cosy (sensitively reconstructed), very close to the sea, on the calm place, but there was the opportunity to walk to the near city, close to the shop, amazing swimming pool with tropical gardens and big beds to lie…😍Me and by mum had a really great time in here. The hotel beach was very nice.

The hotel is really amazing. The staff so friendly and trying to help every minute. The beach area also very nice, the view and the sea. Room was clean, the nreakfast one of my greatest that I have had. Location also very good, because it isn’t near the crowdy streets, but also very near to everything.

    The property has been fully modernised ,every room has a tv aircon and electric blackout blinds . The kitchen has an induction hob fitted oven and grill double fridge and double freezer. The outside area is partially covered with a bbq area sun loungers and even a trampoline and kids playhouse . The pool isn’t heated but it’s still warm the water . The on suite bathroom is hi tech with a rain shower built in the roof .

    Nice garden area with sunloungers, great location (2min walk to beach and bus stops, and 15min walk to historic old town) free access to spa (sauna, pool and ice bath), impressive selection of tasty food as we were half-board (breakfast and evening meal) including a wide variety of lots of dishes and evening variations to prevent bordom (even had sushi two nights), tai chi each morning at 10.15am (Patrick, great instructor), best stormy mojitos (thanks Maria). We've stayed here previously and would again.

    Great food! Room was big and always clean with a jacuzzi bath! Excellent service, all staff went above and beyond and always served with a smile! Buffet food had a great selection every evening! Pool area was fantastic, DJ music, drinks and always sun beds available! Small details thought of! Surrounding area left a little to be desired but the beach, port, Old Town and Pollenca were easily accessible as we rented a car! Would definitely stay again!

    spacious and modern. great selection of food of good quality at the breakfast and dinner buffets. plenty of supermarkets and bars/cafes close to hotel. choice of pools and terraces with plenty of sunloungers. great walk-in shower and large bathroom, large comfortable bed and storage spaces and nice balcony).I stayed in a single room). great selection of UK tv channels in room, Wi-Fi. 3 bike sheds to keep bikes safe.
