This apartment has everything you want, perfect. The landlord is a very responsible person. Although my flight arrived late, he still waited for us to check in smoothly and gave us help. Really impressed with the size of the property. It was much bigger than I expected from the photos. The property had great facilities, and the pool/surrounded areas was nicely designed and placed. The glow-in-the-dark stickers on the light switches were really helpful. Was super clean.

We had a really pleasant stay here during our road trip from the UK to Morocco. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and very practical – exactly what we needed after a long day of driving. The staff were absolutely brilliant – friendly, professional, and quick to respond to any request. I accidentally left my watch behind in the room, and when I arranged a door-to-door delivery service to collect it, the team kindly packed it carefully and handed it over to the courier when they came to pick it up. That kind of attention and helpfulness made a big difference and was very much appreciated. Overall, this was a smooth, stress-free stopover in Madrid, and we would happily stay here again.

Nothing about this property matched what was advertised. I only liked that I could leave the next morning. It smelled strongly of disinfectant and cigarettes and felt unsafe. The sauna didn’t work, the shower didn’t produce any water at all, the showerhead was broken and left dangling, the control panel was unreadable and worn out, the room had no TV signal or working channels, several fittings were damaged or aged, and the overall condition did not match the listing or price paid.
