What an exceptional pleasant surprise! From checking in till checking out. Our villas/units were fantastic. Serviced every day by the most friendly housekeeping staff and the villas are very well equipped. Front of house staff - Aáron, was super helpful and professional. Swimming pools and gardens look and feel like paradise. It is safe and very close to the beach. I can absolutely recommend Villa Verdes. Will definitely visit Sámara and this establishment again. The best room we have stayed in Costa Rica! Really new and clean, also very well furnished and integrated into the surrounding nature. The forest facing balcony with jacuzzi is a great plus.

We loved this lodge. The moment we arrived to Samara, Denis reached out and explained how to get there. Waze works best in Costa Rica. Also if you rent the car, make sure to rent a higher one because some roads are pretty bumpy and you would need to push it. But it’s normal there. Once we arrived, they met us by the entry with warm hello, showed us our place, greeted and let us be. Breakfast was delicious and very thoughtful, based on our needs. Denis was so helpful. He answered all our questions, always within minutes replies to my messages. He also recommended bunch of places. Our lodge was clean and replenished daily. The view is great, private. Overall amazing stay! Highly recommend. Lovely owners! Thank you guys!!!!!!

The place is just so beautiful and gives off garden-jungle-cozy vibes. It is full of plants and you can see animals too! Thomas is such a nice host, he was always ready to answer all our questions, gave great suggestions on where to eat or go swimming, helped look at our rental car because we were clueless and prepared a very lovely breakfast every morning. The welcome drinks were fresh coconuts, which were absolutely AMAZING! The rooms are very spaceous and had 2 fans. Just don’t leave food in your room, he has a very nice and big kitchen where you can put your things in a fridge, otherwise you could attract ants. At night you can see many crabs at the beach, which is very close by! It’s super quiet at night, all you can hear are the animals. Thank you for a lovely stay dear Thomas!🙏🏼
