From the moment of booking, the staff reached out & offered any support ie. time of arrival; any spa or special trips etc. We got excellent help from the reception & concierge team (shout out to Dean). We were upgraded too, but honestly it was a beautiful hotel, so spacious & well appointed in every way. Room service was fabulous too, lots of choice, amazing quality & arriving promptly. We ordered a car to take us on a trip & one to go back to the airport. So easy. Staff were exceptional & the epitome of 5star service!

Honestly, this place was perfect for our trip. We came down for a concert and couldn’t have asked for a better location — right in the heart of downtown, walkable to everything. The apartment was super clean and cozy, and it had all the touches that made it feel like home. The host was great too, always quick to respond and easy to deal with. I’d totally stay here again next time I’m in Toronto.

The location was top of the list. Only a short 20min walk to the Rodgers Centre. The apartment was clean and had pretty much everything to be self sufficient if you weren't going out for meals.

The apartment was exactly like in pictures and we had everything we needed there. Host was friendly and available for all of our questions. Location is amazing, shops and everything we needed was close by, as well as CN tower. If we ever come back to Toronto, we will try to book this again.

It was perfect for our family holiday. A home away from home, probably the best equipped house we’ve ever rented. The all bedroom are spacious and very comfortable, the bathrooms to die for, the kitchen the centre of the house was so well set up and equipped it was perfect, then the hot tub to cap it all off was sensational . A little contact with the host who was incredibly quick to respond and very helpful. For international travellers the bonus is it’s only 10 mins from Toronto airport.
