location is very good you can go to old town and beaches by walking only in 1o mins, , having parking space is excellent , because on that are most problem is to have proper parking, they have very good restaurant for the dinner and the room was very clean. breakfast is not bad not also very good fair enough for a morning start.

The location of this guest house is very comfortable. Everything we needed we could reach by walking 10-15 min. It has lots of shops near by and restaurants as well. The owner is very kind and helpful.

We absolutely loved the apartment. The host was kind, welcoming and helpful for inside Tipps. The balcony was perfect to enjoy dinner. The equipment was completely and the bathroom was a true experience. The apartment even had a smart TV. We can only highly recommend you to pay a visit! We will defo come back!

This apartment is simply wonderful - bright, spacious, clean, equipped with everything you need. The terrace is also very spacious, it is nice to relax and gather at the dinner table. The sea is right under the windows, several beaches and a park are within walking distance. Several food markets and restaurants are also nearby. Special thanks to the owner - he was always in touch and instantly responded to our requests. We definitely recommend this apartment, this is a place where you want to return.

The stay was absolutely great. We arrived much earlier than our check-in time and the hosts were flexible about that and just very friendly. The room was exactly what we expected, although I chose the "inner yard" option for the view since it was cheaper, but the view did not disappoint (it's basically a sea view room). The apartment is extremely close to the old town and the best beach of Budva.
