We just completed a 17 trip across Portugal, Spain and southern France. Posada Cicero was our absolute favorite place to stay. The location was just off the highway. The host was very congenial, informative and language was not a problem at all. Breakfast was served in a lovely garden (mid-September). The fruit was fresh, the pastries were still warm from the oven and very delicious. He offered a variety of juices and other drinks. Service was prompt and attentive to all our needs. The rooms were homey and comfortable. Parking was free and plentiful.

Simple but very nice breakfast with local food

Very modern room with large balcony and bathroom. The continental breakfast was very generous: cereal, fruit, juice, toast, cakes, croissants, cheese and sausage, scrambled eggs. Quiet location in the countryside. We travelled to La Cavada by train and on the return to the station we had a pleasant walk through hamlets and country lanes. Owner and staff friendly and helpful when we couldn't find the place.

We needed a haven to have a break before we boarded our trip back to UK. We loved the bedroom little treat. It was a exacting wanted and watching out 9 month old dog playing with the Newfounds a pleasure. We plan to go again

Very cosy, slightly quirky with very lovely owners. Nothing was too much trouble. Secure motorbike parking out the back if you're happy to navigate a bit of grass. Spacious room. Loved it!

Lots of space. Clean and comfy beds. Great views over the sea and hills. Decent breakfast. Short drive to Lerado town. Staff were helpful.

Pilar is la cocinera (the cook) of the daily breakfast, and she is a wonderful person. Muchisimas gracias/many thanks for the lovely time and for the tasty food! :) Charming village house, beautiful attic room, huge jacuzzi in the bathroom! Greatly enjoyed the relaxing stay, and would totally recommend the place.
