This apartment was a wonderful surprise. We got to stay in the one with the amazing terrace with stunning views. We had a lovely evening a breakfast here. The facilities were brilliant with coffee, tea and drinks available. The host was great at communicating and met us at the hotel to show us to our rooms. There is a supermarket nearby to buy supplies and generous parking. We loved it here and will definitely be back.

Nice typical tyrolean guesthouse and farm located in a small very quiet village, in a peaceful nature. Close to ski resorts which satisfy needs of skilled skiers (old Kals slopes) as well as less confident skiers and families (Matrei and new Kals). Some other smaller and reportedly nice ski areas are also easily accesible by car, but we did not test them. Very friendly and helpful owner and staff, family atmosphere. Rooms are large enough, well furnished, comfortable - you will not miss anything. A cozy restaurant with good meals for a reasonable price. Thank you for a great stay!

A wonderful location for hiking in the Austrian Alps. Breakfast at the nearby Outside Hotel absolutely great, we also appreciated the option to pay for spa access + dinner which was a great experience. Staff at both hotels very nice and helpful with everything.
