Very helpful host, willing to provide a cooked meal even though it was late evening before we were able to arrive.

The Gasthof Zellerstuben is located in the centre of Zell am Ziller, a 3-minute ride on the free ski bus from the Zillertal Arena lifts. Many free activities are offered in summer.

Excellent apartment, recently renovated to a very high standard with top quality fitments. Being a short walk into the town, it was a lovely quiet location. I was in the one bed Studio, but even this fully equipped, with dish washer, microwave and all utensils you would need. Being outside the town, you also had the sun until late in the evening as it comes round the side of the mountain. Something you miss in the main town.

Berggasthof Schatzbergalm has a garden, terrace, a restaurant and bar in Thierbach.
