Everything was perfect and according to our need, Staff were very kind and helpful, Rooms were clean and everything was in order.

A basic but very modern place to stay with a fantastic breakfast and friendly staff. A gem of a budget find in Brixen/Bressanone.

The hotel is conveniently located to visit the Pustertal valley. The interiors of the rooms are made of wood and look very nice, bathroom large and functional. The parking is on the other side of the road and it's open to all. Breakfast was continental but coffee and eggs can be made according to one's preference

Absolutely amazing stay, we loved it. Was blown away by how beautiful the place is and how friendly the staff were. We travelling for a wedding and family were all jealous of our accommodation, and it was cheaper than other places.

Clean, well organised, great communication with host who was so helpful she even called a taxi for us at 7am! Deep bath, Netflix, lift access and washing machine were added luxuries. Unexpected inclusion of a Bolzano card providing free public transport, one free cable car trip, one free museum entrance and much more was great for our budget. Easy access to public transport.

Location for skiing was good enough - little trip to main lifts, but Orange Sella Ronda route passing by, withing 50metres. Short walk for main town/restaurants. Apartment a bit dated and could do with a touch of modernising but without losing old charm. Apartment is fine if wanting a cheap/simple/no frills location.

Good hotel, honest 4 stars. Although the ski lift was only 400 m away, it was very convenient to use the hotel shuttle, which delivered hotel guests to the ski lift every 5 minutes. Spacious free underground parking, charging for electric vehicles. It was convenient to put on warm ski boots in the ski room and immediately board the shuttle. Nice SPA, indoor pool, especially liked the outdoor jacuzzi. Good breakfasts, excellent dinners. I recommend taking half board. It turns out much cheaper than paying extra for dinner.
